AVE RAI12

Used AVE automatic rinser machine 3000 BPHTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThis automatic rinsing machine is engineered for internal washing of bottles in beverage production and industrial packaging environments. Manufactured by AVE, model RAI12, it offers dependable performance for second hand and used bottling line applications. With PLC-based automation, the unit delivers consistent rinsing cycles for glass containers, ensuring clean bottles are transferred to downstream filling and capping equipment.Manufacturer: AVEModel: RAI12Machine type: Automatic Rinsing Machine for internal bottle washingYear: 1999Production speed: up to 3,000 bphContainer material: GlassBottle format compatibility: 1.5L bottlesControl system: PLC-based automationAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThe AVE RAI12 integrates a PLC control platform to manage rinsing cycles, infeed timing, and fault diagnostics. The automation architecture supports reliable bottle handling, consistent treatment times, and streamlined start/stop sequences. Typical operator functions include cycle control, alarms, and recipe parameters accessible via an HMI or control interface. Safety interlocks and emergency stop circuits help protect operators and equipment during operation and maintenance.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesDesigned to integrate seamlessly within a complete bottling line, this rinsing machine connects upstream from the filler and downstream from bottle depalletizing and inspection stations. It supports inline operation with standard conveyor interfaces and can also run as a standalone unit for dedicated rinsing tasks. Format handling for 1.5L glass bottles is supported, aligning with typical beverage production flows in water, wine, and general glass-bottled applications. Its throughput of 3,000 bottles per hour complements medium-speed packaging machinery across a used bottling line.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryAs a pre-owned 1999 unit, this rinsing machine represents a robust option for second hand industrial packaging projects. The AVE engineering pedigree is known for durability and serviceability, enabling straightforward cleaning and preventive maintenance. Routine care includes inspection of bottle handling components, verification of nozzles and rinsing circuits, and checks of PLC I/O and safety devices to maintain consistent production quality.Operational Performance & VersatilityThe RAI12 focuses on internal bottle rinsing for glass containers, preparing them for downstream filling, labeling, and capping operations. It is well suited for beverage production where hygienic rinsing prior to filling is critical. The PLC-managed cycle ensures even treatment across bottles at the specified speed, supporting stable line efficiency. The machine’s configuration aligns with standard bottling equipment, simplifying setup within multi-machine production lines.Installation Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation typically involves standard conveyor integration, electrical connection to the PLC control cabinet, and process water...
