Continuous stainless steel cleaning system with oil separator for seamless material flow. The parts are conveyed continuously, or intermittently as needed, through consecutively aligned treatment zones. Cleaning is performed as parts pass by fixed nozzle systems.
Suitable for parts with dimensions approx. 400 x 100 x 200 mm
A wire link conveyor belt transports components either lying flat or standing upright through the cleaning system.
• Surrounding nozzle frame—the staggered nozzle arrangement enables all-around cleaning
• Separation of treatment zones minimizes cross-contamination
• Nozzle configurations and frame can be tailored to the component
• Usable dimensions, load capacity, and pump output can be customized
Process stages take place in consecutive treatment zones:
• Spray cleaning; different wet treatment zones can be combined in series (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivating)
• Drying
