Drum Type Shot Blasting Machine;

Consists of a Cabin, Turbine System, Recycling System, Filtration System, Control Panel, Platform, Hydraulic Loading-Unloading Unit, and Vibrating Sieve.

Shot blasting is performed by means of a rubber belt wound around 3 drums, which rotates the barrel-shaped virtual chamber while the turbine propels steel shot onto the surfaces of the parts.

The blasting cabin is manufactured from ST-37 steel plate. The direct impact zones in the hot point, which are targeted by the turbines, are reinforced with manganese wear-resistant plates, while other areas are reinforced with Hardox plates. (Full manganese plating is available as an option.)

All wear-resistant plate linings are bolted for easy future replacement in case of wear-related component changes and can be replaced by authorized personnel of your company without difficulty.

Dimensions of the TK - 6 PREMIUM machine: Drum Diameter Ø: 1000 mm x Distance Between Discs L: 1200 mm, and has a loading capacity of 800 kg. Turbine size: 2 x F300 type Ø 320mm with 7.5 kW motor. Comes equipped with a rubber belt conveyor.
