General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 40/15 ton column-type hydraulic forming press is a compact and rigid press solution designed for precision metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The four-column body construction ensures parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances remain stable throughout the pressing operation.

The press frame is manufactured from St52 grade steel and undergoes stress relief using vibration techniques. The ram and cushion systems can be controlled independently, with stroke and pressure adjustments made precisely via the touch panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER branded hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor, and an automatic lubrication system, the machine offers long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. User-friendly PLC controls minimize operator errors.

This model is an ideal solution for small and medium-scale spinning, deep drawing, die testing, and precision pressing applications.
