General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting (ram + blank holder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The 8-gib H-frame structure provides high rigidity during pressing operations, ensuring stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances even with large bed dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, with a main ram capacity of 1000 tons and blank holder capacity of 350 tons, is specifically designed for deep drawing processes in automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industry applications requiring controlled material flow. The steel construction frame, stress-relieved by vibration, ensures long-lasting and reliable operation.
