General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting operating principle to provide controlled material flow for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame structure with 8 guides ensures maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 200/70 model, with a 200-ton main ram and a 70-ton cushion (blankholder) capacity, is designed for medium to high tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to guarantee longevity and reliable performance.
