General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses have been developed for heavy deep drawing applications that require very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and controlled blank holder pressure.

Thanks to the 8-guided slide H-frame body design, the press ensures high rigidity throughout the pressing operation; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained during long-stroke movement.

The CHSP 2000/600 model offers high control and repeatability in the processing of large-size dies and during deep drawing and forming operations, with a main ram capacity of 2000 tons and blank holder capacity of 600 tons. The steel welded frame is stress-relieved by vibration, designed for long life and reliable operation under heavy industrial conditions.
