General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting operation principle to provide precise material flow control during sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame structure with 8 gibs ensures maximum rigidity throughout the pressing cycle, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances consistently along the stroke.

The CHSP 250/80 model is designed for medium to high tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations, featuring a 250-ton main ram and an 80-ton cushion (blankholder) capacity. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration, offering durability and reliable long-term performance.
