General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame construction with 8 guides provides maximum rigidity during pressing operations, maintaining stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout the extended stroke.

The CHSP 300/100 model features a 300-ton main ram and a 100-ton lower cushion (blank holder), specifically designed for high-tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame structure is stress-relieved by vibration for long-lasting and reliable performance.
