General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting (ram + die cushion) working principle for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The 8-gib H-frame structure ensures high rigidity, stable parallelism, and long die life even for large table sizes during pressing.

The CHSP 800/270 model, with its 800-ton main ram and 270-ton die cushion capacity, is specifically developed for processes demanding controlled material flow, particularly in automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy sheet metal forming industries. The steel construction frame, stress-relieved by vibration, provides long-lasting and reliable performance.
