Description:
This high-quality DECKEL FP1 milling machine has been completely overhauled, bringing it up to the latest mechanical and electrical standards. The machine was fully disassembled, cleaned, with all guides ground, all mechanical wear parts and electronic components such as control system, drive motors, measuring scales, and much more replaced, restoring it to factory-new condition.

As part of the modernization, a new touch-proof control cabinet and a new motor were installed.
All axes are equipped with HEIDENHAIN direct measuring systems (positioning accuracy 0.005 mm).

A new CE control cabinet was installed in accordance with the latest BGVA 3 / DIN-EN 60204-1 occupational safety regulations, meeting new machine standards.

The controller, drive package, and drive motors were completely renewed and upgraded to the latest standard during the general overhaul.
