Machine for concrete pile drilling, soil improvement, and vibro-compaction. Carrier unit: Sennebogen SR25BT (Year 2008) with Delmag RH18 drilling mast add-on (Year 2009). Drilling table stroke: 12.50m, total height: 19.91m. Outreach: 3.165–4.00m. Feed winch, winch for supply with freewheel, auxiliary winch, rear platform. Drilling table SHT25. THE KDK ROTARY DRILL HEAD BT180-2 IS NOT INCLUDED – THIS IS A PURE SOIL IMPROVEMENT MACHINE. Drivetrain: MBDA 3500 ABI. Includes single-flight auger – NO Kelly bar. Mast support cylinder, automatic alignment. Hydraulic telescopic undercarriage with width ranging from 3.0m to 4.40m. The CAT C9 engine was overhauled by CAT in 2015 at 3,304 operating hours. Drills and drilling accessories available separately. Also available: a mobile mixing plant by MAT, including mixing tank (throughput 20m³/h), feed screw, mixing tank (capacity 4,000l), and plunger pump with remote control. The condition of the machine reflects the operating hours. At the time of inspection in 2023, the machine operated without any issues. As of October 2024, storage damage has occurred on valves, controls, and hydraulic hoses. It is not possible to operate the machine with two attachments simultaneously. The wear on bolts and bushings, as well as usage marks (dents, abrasions, etc.), is consistent with age, mileage, and intended use. The machine was not tested under load. The machine was used with 55 and 80 cm paddles. After servicing and repair of storage-related damage, the unit is ready for operation.
