Operating mode 1: Utilizes the full available machining length of up to 7.7 m.
Operating mode 2: In pendulum operation, the machine is divided into two machining zones, allowing for alternating loading and unloading while machining continues on the opposite side. On the X6 HP model, positioning of the clamps is handled by two additional axes, independent of the main processing time. The machine features an automatic tool changer with 8 positions, mounted on the X-axis gantry, capable of accommodating 1 angle head and a disc cutter for five-sided machining of the workpiece. The 4th CNC axis enables spindle rotation from 0° to 180°, with indexing at any intermediate angle. This allows the machine to process the top and sides of the profile at any angle within the permissible range. Additionally, a movable support table facilitates easier loading and unloading of materials and significantly increases the maximum workable cross-section.

The spindle, delivering 7 kW in S1 operation with high torque, enables even heavy-duty machining tasks. Spindle movement along the A-axis enables rotation from 0° to 180°, allowing for three-sided processing without repositioning the profile. Suitable for certain types of steel press profiles as well as aluminium profiles—this is facilitated by an integrated lubrication system, which can be set via software. Its dual tanks make it possible to use either minimum quantity oil lubrication or micro-mist oil emulsion.
