The strain gauge MFX 200-B, due to its robust construction and high measurement accuracy, is suitable for almost all specimens with an initial gauge length from 10 mm. All strains can be measured from E-modulus up to specimen break. Its use is fully possible in both the lower and upper testing areas. In conjunction with the MFQ-A, r- and n-value determination on sheet metal is possible. Two different measuring systems are available, which differ in measuring signal and additional technical data (see technical documentation).
