The machine listed here for processing endless corrugated board is part of a series of static machines, meaning that operations across the width of the machine are carried out on stationary board. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 1,500 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (automatic cardboard cutting unit):

Linear cross-cutting and cross-creasing unit for head-to-foot processing of cardboard.

8 longitudinal creasing/cutting units from above for lengthwise creasing and cutting operations on the cardboard blank.

2) Cardboard magazines (dual):

2 cardboard magazines handle the provision and feeding of raw cardboard to the processing machine.

Stack height for endless corrugated board up to max. 2,000 mm possible.

3) Control cabinet, controls, electronics:

Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on HOMAG standard.
