WORKS CARRIED OUT DURING THE LINE MODERNISATION BY EUROMAQUINA IN 2019

· Complete disassembly for thorough inspection and cleaning of each line component.
· Final paint touch-ups.
· Electrical disassembly of each component.
· Inspection for faulty elements.
· Comprehensive check of all motors.
· Conductivity and brush cleaning checked in DC motors, etc. Non-repairable motors were replaced.
· Mechanical assembly of the line components.
· Installation of components that needed replacement due to defective parts.
· Overhaul of hydraulic cylinders with seal replacement. Cleaning and painting.
· Complete checking of hydraulic motors. Cleaning and painting.
· Thorough inspection of hydraulic power units. Cleaning and painting.
· Thorough inspection of pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves.
· Replacement of faulty hydraulic pipes.
· Replacement of pneumatic pipes.
· Complete renewal of on-machine wiring.
· Replacement or repainting of faulty on-machine junction boxes.
