3. Machine Description

Semi-automatic bandsaw machine with very robust construction, designed for efficient execution of all cut-to-length and mitre cutting tasks (-45°/+60°) on tubes, profiles, and solid materials in the workshop environment. The infinitely variable feed ensures sensitive and tool-protecting sawing.

Saw Blade Guide

The side guidance of the saw blade is carried out via mechanically preloaded guides. The blade back is guided over running rollers.

Saw Blade Tension

Continuously adjustable via ratchet. Mechanical limit for clamping force.

Main Drive – Saw Blade

Drive power: 1.5 kW. Cutting speed from 30-75 m/min.

Material Clamping – Machine Vise

Secure material clamping via manually operated horizontal vise. Mitre angle continuously adjustable via scale from 0°–45° and 0°/+60°. Can be additionally fixed with index bolts at positions -45°, 0°, +45°, and +60°.

Feed Control

Saw feed infinitely controlled via fine throttle, suitable for universal use with solid and profile materials.
