System setup:
1. Main Washing Zone:
– Equipped with a centrifugal pump (2.2 kW; 900 l/min at approx. 1 bar) distributing water to a total of 50 stainless steel nozzles, ensuring thorough cleaning from all four sides.
A plate filter continuously cleans and filters the washing solution.

Crate transport via spiral conveyor (KITZINGER utility model) allows for precise crate separation and unobstructed impact of the washing liquor for comprehensive cleaning of all sides.
2. Rinsing Zone:
– Fresh water sprays the cleaned products thoroughly from all sides.
Fresh water supplied to the machine must be at least 45°C and is heated inside the unit to approx. 80°C. Consumption is around 250–300 l per hour.
