Description:

For sale is a used Lanner Vetamat SFT350/063-DS32 chip processing system, year of manufacture 2017.

The system is designed for the processing of machining chips from metalworking operations. It reliably separates coolant/lubricant or oil from metal chips, thereby serving to de-oil and dry the chips and recover coolant/lubricant or oil. The system includes, among others, a DS32 push bottom centrifuge, S50GF chip crusher, SFT350/063 hinged belt conveyor, lifting and tilting device, tank, coolant separator, and Siemens S7 control unit.

According to documentation, the machine is suited for short, free-flowing metal chips and metal sludge. The system is not suitable for bar ends, workpieces, residual materials, waste, extremely long chips, curled chips, or oversized coarse parts.

The system was commissioned in 2018 and is in impeccable condition. The then-new value was €183,771 net, as stated.

Inspection by prior arrangement is possible. The system must be removed immediately due to new machinery
