The following work will be carried out in-house:
- Complete disassembly of the press, cleaning, and technical inspection
- Removal of shaft, crack testing, new seals and V-belts
- New paint finish: Light grey RAL 7035 / Gentian blue RAL 5010
- BEKA lubrication unit + new lubrication lines
- New front cover
- New switch cabinet with ABB safety control and touch display
Operation via touchscreen mounted on the front of the switch cabinet.
Positioning of the switch cabinet (cable length) as agreed with the end customer.
Standard: 0.8–1.0 m next to the machine, incl. new wiring for the press
- Foot switch
- Two-hand operation
- Current safety inspection (UVV) including brake time measurement

After modernization, the machine is approved for manual loading/unloading at open tooling.
