Rollformer for Drywall Profiles and Galvanized Subframes

General Description:
Complete rollforming line for the production of galvanized sheet metal profiles intended for drywall structures and subframes for windows and doors.
The machine processes galvanized steel coils with standard thicknesses of 0.6 – 1.0 mm, with quick roller adjustment depending on the profile type to be manufactured.

- Drywall profiles:
• Galvanized tracks: 57 mm and 77 mm widths, 35 mm height, 0.6 mm thickness
• Galvanized studs: 39×55 mm and 39×75 mm, 0.6 mm thickness
• U-profiles for suspended ceilings: 27×60×27 mm, 0.6 mm thickness
• Furring channel profiles for suspended ceilings: 20×29×28 mm, 0.6 mm thickness
- Galvanized subframe profiles 1.0 mm:
• Full series from ART. 201 to ART. 217, with variable geometries for L, U, Z, and special profiles.
• Various dimensions: widths from 20 to 46 mm, heights from 15 to 31 mm, with customizable variants.
