UK 350 A 90° CNC + TR14 Servo + Y-Achse

The fully automatic aluminium circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + Drilling Unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specifically developed for cutting profile and solid materials made of aluminium cast, copper, and hard plastics. The automatic feed and automatic cutting movement are ideal for fast and precise series production! The material feed is up to 700 mm per stroke. Multiple strokes, and therefore longer cuts, can be conveniently entered via the control panel. The main vice clamps the material using two horizontal and two vertical clamping cylinders, while the feed vice clamps with one horizontal and one vertical clamping cylinder. The cutting and feed speed can both be adjusted to suit the material being processed, directly on the large, clearly arranged control panel! The machine is equipped with a mechanical stroke height adjustment; the maximum cutting height is 100 mm. A large safety guard covers the entire working area and can be raised pneumatically at the push of a button! As standard, the UK 350 A 90° CNC + Drilling Unit includes an air spray gun for cleaning the machine! Connections for a chip extraction system are available on this machine. This model is equipped with the vertical drilling unit TR 14 (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread M12). This is integrated into the cycle control system of the aluminium circular saw.
