MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Mixing drum:
- Horizontal, cylindrical mixing drum
- End walls bolted to the drum

Mixing unit:
- Mixing tools designed as ploughshares or angled shovels, bolted to shovel arms in sockets

Bearing:
- Shaft mounted in flange bearing housings with roller bearings, positioned outside the mixer

Sealing:
- Shaft sealed using easy-to-replace gland packings with air purge

Feeding:
- 2 inlets with flange, as per dimension sheet

Ventilation:
- 1 outlet with flange, as per dimension sheet, fitted with filter bag including holder and welded-in safety grill

Discharge:
- Via dead-zone-free, pneumatically actuated discharge flap
- 1 discharge outlet with flange, as per dimension sheet

Liquid dosing capability:
- None

Inspection and cleaning:
- 1 inspection hatch at the front of the drum (1700 x 550)
- Hatch closed by quick-release fastener
- Occupational and accident safety via interlocking magnet and limit switch (not wired)

Materials:
- Mixing drum: stainless steel 1.4306
- Mixer shaft: stainless steel 1.4306
- Mixing tools: stainless steel 1.4306
