The box body is spring-mounted and a total of 7 seats are still registered (originally, there was a U-shaped seating area in the rear of the box).
On the right-hand side, behind the long flap, there is an integrated awning with aluminum frame, which can be used to set up a porch tent (see reference image).

The vehicle can be registered as a special purpose vehicle/office van (So KFZ Bürofahrzeug) with historic (H) plates for civilian use
and would then incur only €195 in annual vehicle tax. This registration also allows unrestricted access to environmental zones—this measure is already included in the price.

Overall, very good condition with no outstanding maintenance or repairs.

2 doors on the right with different staircase systems—at the front side door, two entry steps automatically extend when opened; the rear side door has a convenient aluminum folding staircase that can be attached and hooked in.
The box is insulated with mineral wool and equipped with a high-performance hot water auxiliary heater operating on diesel fuel.

The auxiliary heater is fully operational. There are several external storage boxes all around, including a 3 KVA generator by Geko, built in 2015.

At the rear, under the tarp, there is a stairway that can be attached from the side for access.

Internal box dimensions: 5220 x 2380 x 2130 mm (LxWxH)

The tires, size 10 R x 22.5, are M+S with Alpine symbol by Hankook, DOT 2020, and can be considered very good.

This 1017 will be delivered with new inspection (HU) and a historic (H) classification as an office vehicle upon sale.
