MERCEDES-BENZ Vario 814D Doka Maxi 6 Sitz DiffSperre orig40tkm

Interesting Mercedes-Benz Vario 814 D as Maxi panel van with variable double cab: 6 seats or, alternatively, 2 seats and 2 sleeping berths, as well as a living area featuring a kitchen and WC/washroom located centrally in the vehicle. The rear cargo area houses integrated shelving and a workbench. The vehicle features two additional hinged doors on the right side, with a partition wall to the cargo area situated between them.

The vehicle was acquired directly from the German Federal Police and was converted by bodybuilder Christian Miesen for use as a diver support vehicle.

The bodywork still shows rust damage on the retrofitted doors and access panels; however, the sills and chassis are clean and in good condition. Upon request and at extra cost, we can carry out professional body repairs and partial paintwork. Maintenance work and the installation of new tires can also be commissioned from us.

The starter batteries have already been replaced and the vehicle has undergone a test drive – it runs very well. Engine, gearbox, and rear axle are dry.

A long rear axle with differential lock is fitted, transmission ratio 40:11 (I = 3.636). The Vario runs at 124 km/h (per documents) and is not speed-limited.

From March 2028, historic registration is possible. Vehicle tax will then be only €195/year.

Repair packages in our workshop at extra cost:
1) Maintenance: incl. engine oil and brake fluid change, new drag link from €900 incl. VAT
2) Tyres: aged, on request 6 new 205/75 R22.5 124/122 M+S tyres incl. mounting from €1,400 incl. VAT
3) Bodywork: Repairs beneath gas compartment and additional access panels left, beneath extra hinged door right and right panels, from €4,500 incl. VAT
4) Exterior polish: all visible exterior surfaces except middle roof area, €800 incl. VAT
5) TÜV inspection and technical conversion (currently still classified as special-purpose police vehicle), €450 incl. VAT
