Yogurt and quark filling and labeling system for round plastic buckets of various sizes, using self-adhesive wrap-around labels. The system consists of a separate filling/sealing block and a labeling unit.

Filler/Sealer: Plastic buckets are destacked from the magazine and placed onto the conveyor belt. Buckets are sterilized before filling and lids before closing, using a heating cartridge with hydrogen peroxide and steam. The product is dispensed into the buckets by a calibratable weighing cell until the preset target weight is reached. The sealer places lids from the magazine onto the buckets and presses them on securely.

Labeler: Inline labeling machine for applying self-adhesive wrap-around labels. Suitable for various bucket sizes from 1 – 5 kg capacity.

Machine details: gravimetric filling, labeling with self-adhesive wrap-around labels.

Capacity filler/sealer approx.: 450 units/hour based on 6-liter buckets, depending on container size and product viscosity.

Labeler capacity approx.: 1080 units/hour.
