Pertici 500 TS

500 TS is an automatic double-head cutting-off machine with pneumatic head rotation and 500 mm diameter blades.

The machine consists of three main structures: a robust electro-welded steel base to which the fixed cutting unit is mounted, and a mobile cutting unit that moves along the base with electronic positioning (X axis).

The head rotation around the horizontal axis is managed by pneumatic cylinders. Adjustable angles range from 90° to 22°30’ external, while intermediate angles are set by means of a dedicated manually-adjustable stop. The blade feed is powered by an oil-pneumatic cylinder featuring an adjustable outfeed speed and rapid return.

Thanks to a horizontal clamping system with double cylinder and vertical clamping, perfect securing of any type of profile is ensured. Local safety guards with pneumatic descent isolate the working zones during the cutting process, ensuring safety and ease of operation.

The machine is equipped with:
- 15” touchscreen panel (Windows platform)
- Profile thickness probe (electronic profile thickness measuring device) – see photo no.7
