Integrated Tube Sawing Line – Standard Version

The integrated tube sawing line is a fully automatic system for the precise processing of tubes and profiles. It combines sawing, brush deburring, washing, drying, measuring, and stacking in a continuous process. All workpieces are 100% inspected for length, inner and outer diameter within the line. Reject parts are automatically sorted out.

The bundle loading magazine is designed for tube lengths up to 9 m. The system enables damage-free separation and positioning of tubes. After the sawing process, deburring, cleaning, and drying follow before automatic stacking of the workpieces.
