Current Status & Availability:

The stretch wrapping system is fully operational and is currently still in daily use.

Availability: The complete system is still fully integrated into ongoing production and can be inspected under operating conditions by appointment. Dismantling/removal must be carried out by the buyer during calendar weeks 46-47 / 2026.

System Description:

- Stable 4-column construction
- Rotating arm with film carriage
- Integrated top sheet dispenser
- Turntable for pallet rotation
- Automatic pallet height detection via photocell
- Variable adjustment of the number of top and bottom wraps
- Variable wrapping program settings
- Blower unit: this unit blows up the film tail from below and integrates it into the wrapping
- Pre-stretch system P.G.S.A. (see items 1.5 / 1.5.1)
For film consumption reduction and increased load security
- With this pre-stretch system, the tension between film and load can be regulated via the adjustable dancer roller
- Siemens S7-200 PLC control system with free-standing control cabinet
- Machine operation and info texts via operator display
- Triple signal light stack to indicate machine status
- Machine equipped with Robopac standard components
- Electrical installation compliant with protection class IP 54
- Documentation included

- Machine complies with CE and EMC standards
Safety light barriers at infeed and outfeed (Robopac Sistemi standard)
According to EC directives for machines (EC Directive 89/392), the system receives CE marking and is supplied with a declaration of conformity
- Machine equipped to European safety standard with EMC (89/336/EEC) and excerpts of EU norms EN 292, EN 294, EN 811, EN 60204
- Machine will be fully assembled and tested before delivery
