Manual insertion of clips for timber-aluminium windows with feed system.

RU-WAL-C, auxiliary trolley with cantilever arm
Length: 4000 mm, swivel range 120°, total height: 2900 mm.
Includes storage bins, 1 drawer,
counterweight: 50 kg, and 2 support feet.
Trolley length: 850 mm, depth: 700 mm, mobile via 4 swivel castors, 2 with locking mechanism.
3 x sliding carriages for hose package screwdrivers.

supply channel is adapted to the aluminium holder.
The screwdriver is operated manually and features
Cedpfx Afsyrtymokepw
automatic torque shut-off as well as manual blade advance.
The clip or twist holder is stored in a
container/box and is manually correctly oriented
and fed through a supply channel.
Pneumatic pressure conveys the holder into the correct
screw position. Optionally, both clip and twist holders of the same geometry
can be fastened. The box also serves as a
stop plate from above. Depth position can be adjusted
with 2 positioning stops via locking bolts.
For more than 3 screw positions in depth,
it is recommended to use a separate positioning stop set
for sashes and frames.
Depth dimensions must be specified when ordering.
