For sale is a SCHOLZ hot air autoclave,
extensively modernised from 2019 to 2024.
The unit is designed for the thermal treatment of materials under overpressure conditions,
offering reliable and precise process control thanks to advanced control technology
and the proven SCHOLZ build quality.

Modernisation Carried Out
In 2019:
- Installation of a new STANGE 604 program controller, including control software and data recording
- Integration of a new Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 control system (TIA Portal)
- New thermocouple feedthroughs for 12 component temperature sensors type K
- Installation of new thermopanel connectors for thermocouples inside the autoclave
- New thermocouple feedthroughs for 12 additional sensors for TUS measurements, including terminal panels inside and outside the autoclave

In 2023:
- Replacement of several control valves for compressed air and cooling water regulation

In 2024:
- Installation of a new rotary vane vacuum pump
