The crack testing unit consists of a portable housing with control and display elements, as well as connection cables for magnetization and a mains plug.

Application area
The crack tester is designed for surface crack testing of weld seams, large forged and cast parts, machine components, and also serves as a power unit for stationary crack test benches. Only ferromagnetic workpieces can be tested!
During magnetization, the workpiece must be sprayed with a test fluid (inspection medium). Afterward, defects can be detected under UV light (UV lamp).
