Description:
This system is a fully automated solution for removing and transferring parts from an upstream press. Robots take over the parts, move them via a conveyor and transfer system through an industrial washing tunnel (wet cleaning), and then through an inspection/measuring station for quality evaluation. The complete process chain is designed for continuous operation, integrating robotic handling, washing process, conveyor technology, and automatic quality assessment (OK/NOK).
