DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, regularly serviced, last inspection at 1,760 operating hours. The System Truck HS2 is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for use in complex drilling projects. Equipped with a generator delivering 45 kVA, the HS2 offers a powerful and dependable solution. The system features ten hydrocyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each with a capacity of 7.5 kW, enabling efficient treatment and transfer of drilling fluid. The shaker is fitted with three double-deck flatscreens with a total of six screens, ensuring thorough sieving and cleaning of the fluid. The total tank volume amounts to 12,000 litres, distributed across three tanks, providing a large capacity for drilling fluid. Additionally, the HS2 includes a fresh water tank with a volume of 1,100 litres. The System Truck HS2 is integrated in a BDF container structure, offering maximum flexibility and mobility for use at different worksites. The HS2 provides an increased tank volume of 4,000 litres, resulting in a total capacity of 12,000 litres.

The proven allrounder with a total tank volume of 12 m³ (5 + 5 + 2), sold over 200 times since 2015 and continuously improved for successful operation in the field. Ideally designed for drilling rigs in the 15–25 t performance class. The three KSB centrifugal pumps deliver a flow rate of 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW), powered by an underfloor-installed 50 kVA generator.
