Exile SPYDER II DTS 30

We are offering this used Exile SPYDER II DTS 30 machine for CTS (computer-to-screen) stencil production in screen printing.

THE MACHINE WAS RECENTLY SERVICED AND COMPREHENSIVELY REFURBISHED BY THE MANUFACTURER IN 04/2026:
- NEW PRINTHEAD
- HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UPDATE (including new board for printhead control)
- REPLACEMENT OF MINOR COMPONENTS (including vacuum regulator)

Despite its 2021 year of manufacture, this SPYDER II is now technically up to date regarding all major components and delivers outstanding and highly precise results. Since this upgrade, the print quality has noticeably improved again. In textile screen printing, we expose up to 60 LPI halftone screens; the machine can also print even finer test patterns.

The reason we are considering selling the machine at this time is that we are switching to a laser-to-screen system.
