Funk F800

Funk F800 flake ice generator, year of manufacture 2021, with a production capacity of approximately 700 to 800 kg of ice in 24 hours. The machine was used for only about 3 years and still has the protective film on the unit (see photo). The ultra-thin flake ice is shaved from an internally cooled evaporator drum. This ice integrates well into dough, does not tend to clump, and provides excellent cooling performance. Includes patented "EasyClean cleaning principle" by Funk, ensuring compliance with the high international HACCP standards. The stainless-steel cover can be easily removed, providing easy access to all components that require cleaning; the machine is DVGW compliant. Simple (manual) operation without electronics, computer, etc., featuring a manual rinsing function. The machine is fully functional and ideal for regulating dough temperatures during the warmer season by adding flake ice. The flake ice does not cause (mechanical) problems in dough mixers. The unit is ready to connect (= plug & play) and mobile on wheels.
