This freestanding machine is designed for mixing a wide variety of dry products. Thanks to the planetary motion of the mixing tool, an intensive and homogeneous mixture is achieved.

The unit consists of a stainless steel vessel – material 316L, mirror polished to Ra < 0.8 µm – and a stainless steel housing, which incorporates the vessel lid with integrated mixing assemblies and drives.

The mixing vessel has a capacity of approx. 90 liters (useful volume approx. 30 to 60 liters) and is mounted and clamped onto two arms. The product is filled in, and the vessel is then hydraulically lifted, which allows the mixing tool to immerse into the product.

The mixer is equipped with a spiral-shaped stainless steel mixing tool, inclined at 45°. The mixing speed is adjustable via a gearbox. The mixing speed can be set to 48, 82, 135, or 231 rpm. Vessel discharge is via a centrally located bottom outlet.

Operation and control, including recipe and batch management, are performed via an operator panel mounted in a separate stainless steel cabinet. The operating language is English. The machine is prepared for use in explosion-proof (ATEX) areas.
