Single-stage volute pump with opposite suction and discharge ports in inline design. The suction and discharge ports have the same diameter. Pumps are built according to the top-pull-out principle, which means the pump head (motor, cover, and impeller) can be easily removed for servicing or maintenance while the pump housing remains installed in the piping. The pump is equipped with a non-relieved rubber bellows mechanical seal. The mechanical seal is compliant with EN 12756. Pipework connection via DIN flanges PN 16 according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2.
The pump is fitted with a fan-cooled, permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The motor’s efficiency complies with IE5 energy efficiency class as per IEC 60034-30-2. For speed control, the motor features an integrated frequency inverter and PI controller housed in the motor terminal box. The electronic speed control allows continuous adjustment of the motor speed and, therefore, the pump output to the actual demand. The pump is equipped with a differential pressure sensor.
