This is a next-generation rapid chiller/blast freezer from Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional MultiFresh rapid chiller is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for GN 2/1 trays. Maximum load: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touch display and supports both rapid chilling and blast freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odour neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo configuration, suitable for rapid chilling and blast freezing. The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door is left-hinged and comes equipped with a core temperature probe with 5 measuring points. The blast chiller is fitted with 4 swivel castors and locking brakes.

Dear prospective buyer: When purchasing this unit, commissioning and instruction by an Irinox specialist advisor are available. The unit offers a total of 55 shelf positions. Currently, 30 rails for GN 2/1 are included, allowing for 15 insert trays. Additional GN rails, or wider rails for 60x40 cm bakery standard, can be ordered. A set of 1/1 GN support rails costs €36 net, a pair of bakery standard rails costs €69 net plus shipping. There is also the option to use a multirack for double the number of 1/1 GN inserts.
