A unique device for applying pretreatment solution prior to textile printing. With its application area dimensions of 40x60 cm, it is particularly suitable for DTG printers such as the M2, M3, and M4, but also works perfectly with printers that have a smaller print area, such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

A key advantage is that it does not require a compressor. The machine is equipped with four independent, adjustable nozzles (making it possible to spray only a small area, e.g., for printing chest logos). Full area spray time (40x60 cm) is just 4.5 seconds. Spray length is variable in 2 cm steps (2 - 60 cm). It features a large, user-friendly LCD display. Up to 5 programmable presets for spray area and liquid quantity. High efficiency and productivity.

PRETREATmaker IV

is a state-of-the-art device designed for the professional application of pretreatment liquid onto textiles. Its advanced electronic system allows for high performance and more intuitive operation during the textile pretreatment process. The intuitive color touchscreen provides easy adjustment of spray length and width, as well as direct setting of spray volume. Each of the four spray nozzles can be activated individually.

This allows for precise adjustment of the application area for the pretreatment solution (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.) and saves significant amounts of pretreatment compared to manual application with a spray gun. Spray area length can be adjusted in 2 cm increments through the touchscreen. For setting application volume, 10 levels are available.

The PRETREATmaker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning process (approx. 12 ml consumption per hour), which prevents nozzles from clogging or drying out.
