A unique device for applying pretreatment liquid before textile printing. Thanks to its application area (40x60 cm), it is particularly suitable for DTG printers such as M2, M3, M4, but also for printers with smaller print areas such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

One advantage is that it does not require a compressor. The machine is equipped with 4 independent, adjustable nozzles (for example, allowing small area applications like chest logos). Application time for the full 40x60 cm area: 4.5 seconds. Spray area can be adjusted in 2 cm increments (2–60 cm in length). PRETREATmaker IV

is a premium device designed for professional application of pretreatment fluid to textiles. It features an advanced electronic system that enables high performance and user-friendly operation during textile pre-treatment. Its clear color touchscreen allows easy adjustment of spray length and width, as well as spray volume. The machine is equipped with four nozzles, each of which can be individually activated.

This allows precise setting of the pretreatment solution application area (for fluids like Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.) and saves significant amounts of pretreatment compared to manual application with a pressure or air gun. The spray area length can be adjusted in 2 cm increments via the touchscreen. There are 10 levels to set the application volume of the pretreatment fluid.

The PRETREATmaker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning cycle (consumption approx. 12 ml per hour) to keep nozzles clear and prevent drying or clogging.
