BREWERIES & DISTILLERIES Sp. z o.o. has been specializing for many years in providing expert consultancy, design, and implementation of beer and distillate production lines. We manufacture private-label products for our customers as well as automated drink-dispensing systems. Our company’s advantage lies in our highly qualified and experienced team of engineers, enabling us to deliver complete turnkey investment solutions. To date, in Poland, we have designed and implemented 28 craft breweries and 3 craft distilleries, produced over 200 private-label craft alcohol brands for our clients, and installed 30 DRINK WALL automated drink-dispensing systems in hotels and restaurants.

We would like to offer you a used SALM brewpub system. SALM has been continuously manufacturing complete brewery installations since 1924. This brewery was manufactured in 2023 for a client in Bucharest and has brewed only 5 batches to date, making it practically like new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Below is a full technical specification of the offered brewery:

Annual production capacity: 1100 hl/beer
1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, stainless steel, A-frame construction with Salm Brewmatic 02 computer control – 1 unit.
2. Copper cladding of the mash tun and lauter tun, cylindrical sections.
3. Stainless steel brewhouse platforms – 2 units.
4. External wort heating vessel with atmospheric gas burner (natural gas or propane) – 1 unit.
5. Steam condenser for mash and lauter tuns, made of stainless steel with built-in injector condenser and fan for odorless brewhouse operation and DMS removal – 1 unit.
6. Two-roller malt mill – 1 unit.
7. Two-stage wort cooler – 1 unit.
8. Automatic mains water chiller activating when water temperature exceeds 10°C – 1 unit.
9. Whirlpool sedimentation vessel, stainless steel – 1 unit.
10. Mobile beer pump – 1 unit.
11. Wort aeration system – 1 unit.
12. Oil-free air compressor – 1 unit.
13. Glycol chiller system – 1 unit.
14. Stainless steel hot water tank, double-walled, PU-insulated – 1 unit.
15. Brewhouse ladder – 1 unit.
16. UNI tanks, 11 hl, double-walled, 100mm PU-insulated, built-in cooling jacket, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.0 bar, built-in CIP – 6 units.

17. TÜV inspection for the 6 aforementioned UNI tanks with nameplate on each.
18. Serving tanks for finished beer, 3.0 bar, 10 hl capacity, stainless steel 1.4301, PU foam insulated, water jacket, horizontal with frame – 4 units.
19. Electronic temperature control for each UNI and serving tank – 10 units.
20. Control cable with protective hose, screw connection for each UNI and serving tank – 10 units.
21. Complete piping and fittings set for installation on one floor – 1 set.
22. Set including one 22 m beer hose with fittings and mini lab.

The brewery is type-approved by the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw.
Upon customer request, we can organize transport of the brewery from Bucharest to Poland and its installation.
