UF/RO Make-Up Water Generator 75 m³/day – Seawater Desalination
RIEFILT UFRO 7100-7 ST06-75S
High-performance seawater desalination plant for the production of up to 75 m³/day of hygienic potable and process water from seawater (TDS up to approx. 40,000 mg/l). Compact, fully automated UF+RO system on a stainless-steel skid with proven Spacer-Tube® technology.

This system excels wherever seawater is continuously available, but safe freshwater sources are lacking or too costly.
Technical Concept & Advantages
- Ultrafiltration (UF) as robust pre-treatment in crossflow inside-out process
- High tolerance for heavy contamination loads, low fouling and blocking tendency
- Spacer Tube® RO modules with open feed channel, low differential pressure
- Excellent salt rejection, low permeate salinity
- Post-treatment via deacidification filter and hardness stabilization at approx. 3 °dH
- Integrated CIP system, designed for 24/7 continuous operation with minimal operator involvement
- PLC control with automatic programs (start, flush, clean, preservation)
- Fully automatic monitoring of flow, pressure, temperature, and conductivity
- Automatic shutdown in case of limit exceedance (e.g. conductivity, pressure, dry run)
