Machine fully disassembled and overhauled with new and original GEA-Westfalia spare parts.
During the overhaul, among other interventions, the bevel gear set was replaced with new and original components, and the frame was oven-painted.

Actual throughput: Between 500/1,000 l/h, capacity measured through tests with your processed product; the capacity may vary significantly depending on the percentage of solid residues present in the product to be processed.

- 7.5 kW electric motor – 380V/3-phase – 50Hz
- Drum volume: 6.9 l; sludge chamber: 3.9 l
- Drum speed: 7,500 rpm

The machine is sold complete with the following accessories:
- Set of special tools for drum disassembly
- New control panel with 11 kW inverter-controlled power section and PLC-managed discharge control section in stainless steel enclosure
The use of an inverter allows smoother operation, significant reductions in power consumption, and reduced maintenance
- New actuator water group with 20-litre stainless steel tank, complete with float and stainless steel pump for consistently constant flushing
- Flow indicator
- The machine is mounted on a sturdy platform with 4 M20 anti-vibration feet, made from square profiles
