We are offering this ready-to-use Windmöller & Hölscher Triumph 3A paper bag making machine, equipped with a QMS 992 4-color precoating printing unit.

- Suitable for 1- or 2-ply paper bags
- Bottom cover sheet feeder
- Currently in production and fully operational

Bag production specifications:
- 1 or 2 ply paper
- Bag width: 180 – 320 mm
- Bag gusset (depth): 60 – 180 mm
- Bag height: up to 510 mm (610 mm tube length/cut-off)

Tube length/cut-off lengths:
- 460, 490*, 500, 530*, 550*, 580*, 600, 610* mm
(*each incl. 4 printing cylinders for these formats; other formats can be produced without printing)

Format plates/bag widths:
- 160, 165, 170, 175, 180, 210, 230, 250, 260, 300, 320 mm

Maximum output (depending on bag size): 40–60 bags/min
Maximum parent roll diameter: 1000 mm / 39"
Maximum parent roll width: 102 cm / 40"
Core diameter: 76 mm / 3"

QMS 992 flexographic printing unit:
- 4-color flexo printing (without doctor blade)
- Max. print length: 1000 mm / 39"
