Units:
Jointing milling unit incl. AIGNER diamond jointing cutterheads, with DIA quick-change knife system Konstantin and controlled edge air blast nozzle behind the second jointing cutterhead.

Crosscut saw unit with extraction system incl. pneumatically tiltable saw blades, adjustable and programmable from the control panel.

Radius milling unit
Corner rounding unit (copy shaping unit) with insert shelf function and 2-position turret. The complete unit can be pneumatically engaged/disengaged.

Radius scraper unit, can be engaged/disengaged, incl. suction system with chip collection box for scraper chips.

Flat scraper unit with four-sided usable scraper blades. The complete unit can be engaged/disengaged. Residual glue scraped off is extracted.

Buffing unit with 2 fabric buffing discs arranged at an angle.
