Milling Motor ATC Spindle:
- Holder interface ISO-BIESSE
- Inverter-controlled milling motor. 3-axis controlled, 3,000–24,000 rpm. Double linear high-precision guides ensure extreme accuracy.
- The second Z-axis is positioned via a ball screw, enabling 3D and relief machining.
- Tools are clamped automatically. Spindle sensors monitor correct clamping and release of tool holders. During the tool change cycle, both cones and spindle are pneumatically cleaned.

Drive System:
- Brushless servo motors enable rapid acceleration and very high speeds.
- The use of these motors reduces maintenance thanks to digital control and feedback.
- Additionally, they provide high precision and improved finish quality during machining.

Linear tool magazine under the gantry:
- 8–14 position linear tool changer. Automatic changeover.

Reference stops:
- Less cutting waste, fast and efficient positioning with stop cylinders at the front of the vacuum worktable. Standard rear-mounted solid stop cylinders for large panel sizes—directly mounted to the table.

Automatic tool length measurement system.

Spindle protective cover:
- Important safety device that shields the spindle motor from external objects and particles, extending the motor’s lifespan and enhancing workplace safety.

CNC/EG2023-EUROPEO safety:
- Optical electronic protection system ensures that if a person enters the secured area, the machine immediately halts operation, protecting personnel from movement-related hazards.
