Stainless steel construction (AISI 316L / 1.4404, partially 1.4435), highly polished product-contact surfaces
CIP & SIP-capable, sterile configuration with BIOCONNECT flange connections (NEUMO)
Format: 377 × 400 mm filter sheets (0.12 m² per sheet)
Hydraulic compression mechanism with 4-stage control for cleaning, sterilization, filtration & opening

Unit 1: 4.80 m² filtration area, 9.60 L solids capacity, 40 filter sheets, product-contact parts partially in 1.4435, valves & riser pipes supplied separately
Unit 2: 3.36 m² filtration area (expandable to 4.80 m²), 6.72 L solids capacity, 28 filter sheets, stainless steel construction, expandable
Unit 3: Technically identical to Unit 1, but supplied pre-assembled with additional valves & riser pipes (GEMÜ diaphragm valves, sight glasses, manometers)
