ROTATHERM chamber cleaning systems are used across all areas of industry and trade for cost-effective cleaning of a wide variety of goods and materials.

Parts are cleaned similar to a dishwasher: They are placed in a wire mesh basket and washed from all sides in the closed unit with a hot lye (alkaline solution) spray. The machine is operated after selecting the temperature and wash duration. A centrifugal pump circulates the wash solution through the nozzle system, which also rotates the basket (electromotive basket rotation optionally available).

After the cleaning cycle, the unit switches off automatically. If desired, parts can be removed before the cycle finishes—lifting the lid automatically shuts off the pump.

ROTATHERM chamber cleaning systems are available at short notice in various sizes and configurations and can be modified for special requirements upon request. As a rule, aqueous-based cleaners are used. However, solvents can also be used in our cleaning machines. Explosion-proof versions are available upon request.
