Complete automatic edging line for boards, manufactured by EWD Esterer (Germany), a brand renowned for reliability and precision in the wood processing sector.

The line consists of an integrated system that enables a continuous and automated material flow, from the infeed stage through to final outfeed. The process begins with a horizontal conveyor belt, followed by a board singulation system that ensures proper alignment of the material. There is an end trimming table and an automatic feeder that delivers the workpieces directly to the EWD/Esterer DK 90 T2L2 edger.

At the exit, material is handled by a trim separator system and conveyed onto a roller conveyor of approximately 15 meters, equipped with two lateral ejectors (right and left), which allow for the automatic sorting between short material (up to 250 cm) and long material (up to 300 cm).

Machine condition:
Operational plant, immediately available and currently visible in production. Inspection and test possible by appointment.
